Where Exactly Is the ATM Located?
Sofia Ring Mall is one of our newest locations in Sofia. The Crypto ATM is two-way, allowing you to both buy and sell cryptocurrencies. It is located to the left of the entrance on the IKEA side, near Starbucks and the Information Desk.
What Do You Need?
A crypto wallet on your phone (when purchasing, the machine sends the coins to the address you provide via a QR code), euro banknotes, and identity document.
The document is required before your first transaction, regardless of the amount. Scan the QR code displayed on the machine’s screen, complete the form on your phone, and verify your identity — this only needs to be done once. For each subsequent visit, you only need to enter your phone number.
As a licensed provider, we are required to carry out enhanced verification above a certain threshold. Once your transaction volume exceeds €990, you will receive the required form via SMS.
