The Company is in the process of obtaining authorization from the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and is awaiting a decision on its application. The Company's operations and crypto ATMs will resume once the license is issued.

Selling cryptocurrency is just as easy. You need to enter the amount you wish to withdraw (in euros), enter your phone number, and then send the necessary cryptocurrency to the specified address.

Verification
The customers of Digital Assist go through several levels of verification:
Every client
Identification (Tier 0): enter your phone number at the machine and scan the QR code on the screen. It will lead you to the identification form. This step is mandatory for every customer.
990 EUR turnover
Enhanced verification (KYC, Tier 1): upon reaching 990 EUR turnover, you will receive the extended Verification form via SMS, along with the first Travel Rule check.
Each subsequent turn of 990 EUR
Travel Rule (Tier 2): for every subsequent turnover of EUR 990, you will receive the Travel Rule form to continue buying/selling.
Identification (Tier 0) is performed once. On your next visit, you only need to enter your phone number to make a transaction.
The daily limit is up to 4990 EUR per client. For every 990 EUR turnover, the Travel Rule form is completed before proceeding with the next transaction, until the daily limit is reached.
After providing a declaration of the origin of funds, it is possible to buy or sell up to EUR 15,000 via bank transfer.
