The exchange rate is based on the rate from the exchange Kraken at the time of the transaction. The commission is fixed and the same for all customers and all four cryptocurrencies, regardless of the transaction amount. The service fee applies to the transaction itself and may vary between €1 and €10.

What to Bring to the Crypto ATM
Phone with a Crypto Wallet
The ATM sends the cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide as a QR code. Without a crypto wallet set up and ready to use, the transaction cannot be completed.
Euro Banknotes
The ATM accepts banknotes one at a time. It does not accept coins or give change in coins.
Your Phone Number
You enter it at the ATM each time. On your first visit, it is linked to your identity verification; after that, your phone number alone is enough.
Identity Document
Identity verification is required before your first transaction, regardless of the amount. Scan the QR code on the screen and complete the form on your phone.

Frequently Asked Questions About Crypto ATMs
Do I need to register to buy cryptocurrency?
No prior online account or bank account is required. Everything starts directly at the ATM — enter your phone number and scan the QR code to complete the identity verification process. You will need a valid ID for verification when making your first transaction.
What is the minimum amount?
The practical minimum is the smallest banknote accepted by the ATM. Keep in mind the €3 service fee — it represents a proportionally larger cost for smaller transactions.
When will I receive the cryptocurrency in my wallet?
The transaction is sent immediately after you complete it at the ATM. The funds will appear in your wallet within a few minutes, once the required blockchain confirmations are completed. During periods of high network activity, it may take longer.
I don’t have a crypto wallet. What should I do?
Your crypto wallet must be set up before making a purchase — the ATM sends the cryptocurrency to the wallet address you scan from your phone. Call us at +359 886 886 844 and we’ll guide you through setting it up before you visit the ATM.
Can I sell cryptocurrency and receive cash?
Yes, at any of our ATMs. Enter the amount in euros you want to withdraw, send the cryptocurrency to the displayed address, and once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the ATM dispenses the cash.
Do I need an ID?
Yes, an ID is required for your first transaction, regardless of the amount. Identity verification is completed only once — scan the QR code on the ATM screen and complete the form on your phone. On subsequent visits, you only need to enter your phone number.
As a licensed crypto-asset service provider, we are required to verify the identity of our customers and, above a certain threshold, to carry out enhanced due diligence. This is not our own policy, but a requirement under European and Bulgarian anti-money laundering legislation that applies to all licensed service providers.
Can I withdraw more than €4,990 per day?
Not in cash at the ATM — the daily limit is €4,990. By bank transfer, transactions of up to €15,000 per day. Contact us in advance to arrange the transaction.
What happens if the ATM does not dispense the cash?
Don’t leave the ATM — call us immediately. Every transaction is recorded and traceable, and our support team is available 24/7. We have a complaints handling policy prepared in accordance with MiCA requirements, with the response timeframe specified in the policy.
How can I be sure that you are legitimate?
Check UIC 206079266 in the Bulgarian Commercial Register and License No. 003-DUKA/21 July 2026 in the public register of licensed crypto-asset service providers maintained by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC).
