A purchase means the acquisition of Crypto-Assets through one of the Company\u2019s Crypto ATMs, transferred to the Client\u2019s own wallet in exchange for euros (EUR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a654c90b\">A sale means that the Client sells Crypto-Assets in exchange for euros (EUR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-289ff81c\"><strong>2.2<\/strong>&nbsp;Total Transaction Amount:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b38a6898\"><strong>2.2.1<\/strong>&nbsp;Purchase Price: The real-time exchange rate for the purchase\/sale of Crypto-Assets against funds (fiat currency), based on the price provided by Payward Europe Solutions Limited \/ Kraken Digital Asset Exchange (Kraken), a crypto-asset service provider licensed under Regulation (EU) 2023\/1114, at the time of the transaction (the \u201cKraken Exchange Rate Value\u201d); and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-cdb5b1b6\"><strong>2.2.2<\/strong>&nbsp;Commission (the commission rate is fixed):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f0018dc6\"><strong>3%<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 When exchanging Cash for Crypto-Assets (the Client BUYS): The commission is calculated on the market value of the amount of Crypto-Assets being purchased, based on the Kraken rate at the time of the transaction;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-462fbdaf\"><strong>4%<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 When exchanging Crypto-Assets for Cash (the Client SELLS): The commission is calculated on the market value of the amount of Crypto-Assets being sold, based on the Kraken rate at the time of the transaction;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f85e83e6\">The commission is the primary component of the Company\u2019s revenue. The commission rate is fixed and is the same for all Crypto-Assets offered (BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDC), regardless of the type of asset or the size of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-337f359f\">Any changes to the commission range shall be made only following approval by the Company\u2019s management body and shall be published in advance in the General Terms available on the Company\u2019s website and through the interface of each Crypto ATM. This document shall also be amended accordingly;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-d61d4340\">The commission is not determined individually for any particular Client and is applied on a non-discriminatory basis;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c4b19fb6\"><strong>2.2.3<\/strong>&nbsp;Fixed Transaction Fee: EUR 3, representing a fixed fee charged to cover costs associated with the blockchain network and constituting a standard network fee. The Fixed Transaction Fee may be adjusted within a range of EUR 1 to EUR 10 depending on network congestion and prevailing network fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-59c3275e\">Any changes to the range of the Fixed Transaction Fee shall be made only following approval by the Company\u2019s management body and shall be published in advance in the General Terms available on the Company\u2019s website and through the interface of each Crypto ATM. This document shall also be amended accordingly;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0dd5a979\">The Fixed Transaction Fee is not payable when the Client sells Crypto-Assets in exchange for Cash, as in such cases no transfer to the blockchain network is made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-df24dfd8\"><strong>Formulas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-464646fb\"><em>When Exchanging Cash for Crypto-Assets (the Client BUYS):<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-44bf19d3\"><strong>Amount of Crypto-Asset Received = (Cash Deposited in EUR \u2212 Commission (3%) \u2212 Fixed Transaction Fee) \u00f7 Market Value of the Crypto-Asset (Kraken Rate)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-26876205\"><em>When Exchanging Crypto-Assets for Cash (the Client SELLS):<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0cd3ab73\"><strong>Cash Received in EUR = (Amount of Crypto-Asset \u00d7 Market Value of the Crypto-Asset (Kraken Rate)) \u2212 Commission (4%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-5942ec2a\"><strong>2.3<\/strong>&nbsp;Crypto ATM Interface: The General Terms are available on the initial screen of the Crypto ATMs. Before and during the transaction, the following two amounts are displayed separately on the Crypto ATM screen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8d5b841a\"><strong>2.3.1<\/strong>&nbsp;The total amount comprising: the Market Price of the Crypto-Asset + the Commission;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-163057ca\"><strong>2.3.2<\/strong>&nbsp;The Fixed Transaction Fee (EUR 3) (applicable only when the Client exchanges Cash for Crypto-Assets (BUYS), as only in this case is a transfer made via the blockchain network).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-33690744\">The pricing principles are published on the Company\u2019s website and in the Company\u2019s General Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-453cd15e\"><strong>2.4<\/strong>&nbsp;Management of Conflicts of Interest:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8f15ce6b\"><strong>2.4.1<\/strong>&nbsp;The Company:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Does not manipulate the market price.
